11:00: Door fell shut, locked out, but had my phone. 11:03 called Dotzauer: friendly, empathetic phone reception. Immediate forwarding to the responsible colleague. 11:05: Colleague immediately understands the situation and my time pressure. Promises to set off right away. 11:20: Colleague is actually already there and gets to work right away. 11:25: the door is open again without scratches or damage. 11:36: creating the invoice takes almost longer than opening the door ;-). 11:38: pleasant surprise, security service Dotzauer charges for one (!) working hour, including travel time. THAT is fair! Long story short: perfect work, super friendly employees, very fair pricing. It couldn't be better. Thank you!

Beware of scams!!! On 04.05.17 I forgot my keys in the apartment, it was not locked, on a weekday at 5:00 PM. The locksmith arrived quickly and opened the door in 1 minute, but the price of 200 euros is not justified. At that price for opening without changing the lock, I don't want to know what it costs if the lock needs to be replaced. So stay away from this locksmith.

I had my key duplicated here because my old one was bent. The new key was made on-site in 5 minutes. The price was also okay.
